We are completely committed to that goal, and to that end we want
to welcome retailers to help us deliver on that vision. This page
will provide you with information and details on bringing Dog
Ear Publishing books to your customers.
How can I order Dog Ear Publishing titles?
All Dog Ear Publishing titles are available
through our primary distributor, Ingram Book. Most of our titles
are available through our secondary distribution resources, NASCORP
and Baker&Taylor. If you would prefer to order direct, please
read below for important information about ordering from Dog Ear.
To ensure a high quality experience, orders

What is the wholesale discount for
Dog Ear titles?
Dog Ear Publishing standard discount is 40% off the list price.
However, each author controls the wholesale of their book. Please
inquire about a specific book's discount.
Minimum order quantities
There is a 10 unit minimum on direct wholesale orders.
Payment terms
Dog Ear Publishing requires pre-payment on all orders. We can
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check or
Money Order.
Shipping &turnaround Times
The standard turn-around time for shipping black and white paperback
books is 3-5 business days. The standard turn-around time for
shipping full-color paperback books is 7-10 business days. The
standard turn-around time for shipping hard cover books is 9-12
business days. Book buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All
books are shipped via UPS.
What is the returns policy?
Most Dog Ear Publishing titles are non-returnable. Please ask
about each titles individual returnability.
If a book is returnable, please note that the
following apply:
- Returns must be shipped prepaid by traceable
means and be accompanied by one packing list per carton indicating
quantity and titles returned.
- To ensure proper crediting, please include
a copy of your original invoice. If a store wishes to return
materials but does not have a copy of the original invoice,
they must request a RMA.
- Returns must be in saleable condition.
- To control cost and textbook pricing to
our end consumers (the student), we will accept only 20% of
the original order quantity, and returns must be made within
12 months of the invoice date.
- Returns must be packed in sturdy cartons
to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Books should be packed
with sufficient and appropriate packing material.
- Returns of out-of-print or revised titles
must be received within 120 days of publication of the new edition.
- You may return product within 12 months
from the invoice date.
- Course cancellation returns must include
the full quantity originally clearly marked as “course
cancellation”.
